Every dollar of inventory capital flows directly from the client to the supplier. Every dollar of revenue flows directly from Amazon or eBay to the client's bank account. We never receive, hold, or manage client funds. Our job is operations: research, sourcing, logistics, listings, daily store management. That's it.
This structural separation isn't a marketing claim. It's how the business is built. We can't take your money even if we wanted to, because the money never enters our system.
That's the difference. Everything else flows from there.
We never hold, manage, or invest client capital. Period. Inventory funds flow from client to supplier directly. Revenue flows from Amazon or eBay to the client directly.
We don't source on autopilot. Every wholesale product goes through a written approval flow before any supplier is paid. The client sees the product, the supplier, the cost, the projected margin, and signs off.
Our profit share is 20% of net profit, invoiced only after profit phase begins. We don't make money until you do. There's no monthly retainer to collect regardless of performance.
We don't sell a fantasy of fast money. The Amazon Wholesale build takes 12 months. Profit phase begins Month 4. Setting expectations correctly upfront is how we keep the relationships that matter.
